Integrative Care Specialists (ICS) has a team with over 30 years of joint experience working with individuals in their homes, communities, hospitals and supported independent living. With a diverse range of skills from Nursing, Dementia, Neurodiversity, Mental Health, Aged Care & Health.
Our goal is you achieving your goals. We do this by providing a practical, individualised service that is focused on you and what you require in life to reach your goals.
The ICS team is small but strong, comprised of experienced personnel from all areas of the human services industry.
We service the entire Perth Metropolitan area, south west to Margaret River and travel to regional & remote work on a case-by-case basis. We currently work with Plan or Self-Managed Participants on the NDIS, Home Care Package service providers and private clients.
Your ICS team member will work with you to discover your current situation. They will then discuss what problems you may be experiencing with your illness or disability. Our team will then work together to make sure we are able to develop a care plan that encompasses the above. We can bring in external allied health, liase with current hospital or allied health to create a team that offers expertise in their field.
We are fussy over what health professionals we work with. Our clients are our number one priority and we not going to risk their health or wellbeing to just anyone.
Our highest value at ICS is honestly. You will always receive honest and open communication. We respect honest, open and constructive feedback.
We may not share the same opinions as our clients, but we will always be respectful of their choices.
